About us: a boutique firm with a global outlook

TC Law & Consulting is a 100% First Nations owned boutique firm based in Australia, providing services globally to strengthen organisations and governments through tailored legal, policy, and governance solutions.

TC Law & Consulting was founded to meet the growing demand for specialised advice in law, governance, and policy. We are built on the belief that effective solutions require both technical precision and cultural intelligence, informed by lived experience and practical insight.

Our work spans law reform, governance frameworks, international policy, equity and inclusion, and workplace strategy. We partner with governments, international agencies, corporates, and community organisations to navigate complex challenges with approaches that are rigorous, grounded, and responsive to diverse contexts.

At TC Law & Consulting, we see our role not simply as advisers, but as partners — working alongside clients to deliver outcomes that are globally informed, culturally responsive, and create lasting, meaningful change.

Our Services

Our expertise extends across Australia and internationally, with the capacity to deliver services in multiple languages. We partner with organisations, governments, and international agencies through:

  • A scale with books on one side and the word "REFORM" on the other side, held by multiple hands.

    Law Reform & Governance Project

Supporting reform and advisory initiatives across diverse jurisdictions.

  • A magnifying glass with the word 'POLITIA' on it, inspecting old leather-bound books.

    Submissions & Policy Revisions

Drafting submissions, reports, and policy recommendations for domestic and international contexts.

  • A person pointing at a laptop screen during a meeting, with other laptops and a smartphone on the table.

    Workplace Programs

Developing and implementing strategies for safer, more respectful, and inclusive workplaces.

  • Piles of leaves on dark ground with smoke or steam rising from them, in black and white.

    Reconciliation Action Plans

Designing, reviewing, and embedding Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) that deliver measurable impact.
